A path model with manifest variable equations, bivariate correlation analysis, multivariate regression, 

and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used to examine the predictive validity of the MRI™ 

with this sample.


The three types of analysis were complementary with each providing support to the findings of the others. 

The correlations between each MRI™ factor and each performance indicator ranged from .23 to .51. 

The factors combined to predict between 18% and 29% of the variance in performance ratings.


In sum this analysis demonstrates clearly that the MRI™ factors predict all six performance outcomes examined.
