USER - a user is a person or multiple people that will facilitate the running of the assessment. They will have access to the application and be able to add respondents, deploy a campaign, monitor responses, close a campaign and download the reports. They could also be a respondent for a campaign. A user can invite another user to the application.
RESPONDENT - a respondent is a person completing the MRI Benchmark assessment. They will not have access to the application and will receive an invitation through their email address. The email will contain a unique URL and access code.
