This
depends on a number of factors such as the strategic importance (is it a CEO
led strategic initiative), the level of commitment of the senior leadership
team, the intensity of the effort, the amount of change that needs to occur and
the level of resistance encountered.
Generally we expect to see changes over a 12 month period but in smaller organisations change can be seen after as little as 6 months.
