The MarketCulture MRI Benchmark does not track individual respondents, nor does it ask for any information about the respondent’s identity. In addition, we will not report any survey results where there are fewer than eight respondents in the group, as to prevent the inference of individual scorings.
Company data is protected at all levels: responses are collected through SSL encryption during assessment; data resides behind the latest in firewall and intrusion prevention technology; daily, third-party audits are conducted of our survey vendor’s security; we promise never to share your results in any sort of identifiable manner with external parties.
