In conducting the survey, we do everything we can to avoid this type of bias. 


As an example of what is currently done, employees are not asked to report on their own individual behavior, which could cause some to inflate their responses to a desirable level. 


Rather, employees report on their organisation or business unit's behavior. 


This is a point of reference about which they have personal knowledge so avoiding the reporting of general impressions, but yet is not as personal as the individual level to avoid inflation of responses as much as possible.
